Tanika R. Bryant is the founder and CEO (Chief EmPOWERment Officer) of I Am EmPOWERed, LLC. She is a high impact, results-oriented Human Resources and leadership expert with more than 16 years of human resources management and consultant experience and more than 8 years of executive leadership coaching. She specializes in employee relations management, leadership development, leadership training, and policy development & compliance.

 

Her Master of Organizational Development degree has enabled her to strategically lead process improvement projects, streamline processes and procedures (which resulted in bottom line cost savings of approximately $1 million dollars). She has trained hundreds of leaders within state and local governments across GA, SC, and NC.  Tanika is also a BrandDisco© Certified Master Trainer and certified mediator/arbitrator.

 

Tanika is also a Certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) facilitator.

 

Also known as the “The GOal Getter”, Tanika has often been told that she achieves anything she puts her mind to. Although quite difficult at times, she learned the lessons of persistence and resiliency early on in her professional career and personal life.
